Slight respite in UK Heating Oil prices




Sunday 12th November.  Crude Oil prices fell today. Brent Crude is  currently down by $0.41 or 0.64% to $63.52. WTI, is  $56.74  down $0.43 or 0.75%. However, crude prices are about the same as last Wednesday. Bloomberg is showing a fall in the #heatingoil price at $1.9349 a fall of $1.20 or 0.62%. UK domestic heating oils  will drop very slightly on Monday if the fall becomes more significant. We believe that prices  next week will stabilise. Buy heating oil now!


Current Average UK heating oil prices over the last 14 days have risen steadily and have risen by 3.74ppl since 30/10/2017 adding a further £18.70 on a 500 litre delivery or £37.40 per 1000 litre load   (regional prices may vary). Prices are temporary stabilised  in line with crude oil price and seasonal factors. The blue logarithmic line is still showing a distinct upward push in prices. Historically, as we near Christmas and the weather gets colder, prices rise so choose your buying time carefully. Now is a better time to buy to beat the Christmas rush.

The last 7 days has shown the average UK heating oil price to have increased by 2.38ppl to 45.81ppl with a 7 day average of 45.05ppl.
