Average UK Heating Oil Prices continue to fall





Sunday 30th: Brent Crude was up at $52.05 up $0.23 or 0.44%.  WTI  is also trading up but still below the $50 mark at $49.33  up $0.36 or 0.74%.  Bloomberg’s heating oil price at $1.5072 is down by $0.44 or 0.29%. We are however, expecting heating prices to continue to drop this week.

14 day average UK heating oil prices
UK heating oil prices have now fallen from a high of 42.25 ppl  to 40.60 over the last 14 days.  The blue logarithmic UK Average price continues to show a downwards trend but clearly destined to continue to fall over the next couple of days. 

Over the last 7 days the average UK heating oil price decreased by 0.77 ppl to 40.59 ppl with a 7 day average of 41.03 ppl. In England, prices fell by 0.78 ppl to 40.18 ppl with a seven day average of 40.63.  Scotland has also decreased by 0.64 ppl over the week to 43.31 ppl with an average of 43.69ppl.  Wales saw a fall of 0.98 ppl to 40.39 ppl with an average of 40.90 ppl. Northern Ireland saw a fall of 1.19 ppl to 38.43 ppl with a 7 day average of 39.10.
