Watson Fuels, a nationwide fuel supplier has opened a new depot in Headcorn Kent. The company serves many domestic heating oil, agricultural and industrial customers in the region.

The move from its cramped Hawkhurst depot to Headcorn was seen to be of significant importance. The new site will offer more fuel capacity, improved technology and an even safer working environment for their team.
The new site will help them to reach more customers in this largely rural part of the country, including even the hardest-to-reach places. It’s increased capacity is hoped will gain them significantly more business from their 8 competitors.
Scott Roberts, operations and logistics director at the firm, explained: “It makes sense for us to invest in the area – a location that remains key to both national and local industry.
“Our new depot enables us to reach more customers across the region, helping businesses and families in the South East to manage their fuel supply easily and cost-effectively.
Watson Fuels, now has 35 depots across the UK, unveiled the new site last month.
